When ordering your merchandise, please make sure that the cargo is properly marked as follows:

Please have the supplier mark how many boxes are in that particular shipment
Please make sure that an invoice is sent to us with the cargo of by fax so that we can ship the box as soon as we receive it. If the box is unmarked and we cannot get information from the supplier, it will stay here until someone can confirm, with documentation, that the cargo belongs to them.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONSOLIDATION:
| 1. Advise us that you will be sending cargo for a consolidation. We will hold all your cargo when they come in |
| 2. Go ahead and order your products. |
| 3. Track all your boxes and let us know when the last box has arrived at our facility. Please keep a list of the tracking numbers. In case the box has arrived at our warehouse without your name on it, we will need the tracking number to find it. |
| 4. Send us an email with all invoices and how many boxes you have sent to us. We just want to make sure we have the right quantity of boxes for your order. If there is less boxes with your name on it, we will work with you to see where the box without your name on it is so that we can include it with your shipment. |
| 5. When we have that complete, we will ship the order. Note that without invoices, we cannot ship the cargo. |
| PLEASE NOTE: Any boxes coming in after you have told us to ship your order will be charged separately, and will pay double import duties in Curacao. So please make sure you keep track of your boxes to make sure the order is complete. |
| ALSO: You have 1 month to collect all the boxes here at our warehouse. Boxes that are here longer will acquire storage charges. |

Bij het plaatsen van een bestelling, dient u zich ervan te verzekeren dat de vracht correct wordt gemerkt, zoals hieronder aangegeven:

Wilt u de leverancier s.v.p. verzoeken om het aantal dozen in een bepaalde zending precies aan te geven.
Verzekert u zich ervan dat de rekening samen met de zending of via faks naar ons wordt opgestuurd, zodat wij de zending meteen na ontvangst kunnen doorsturen. Wannneer de zending niet gemerkt is en wij de benodigde informatie niet kunnen krijgen can de leverancier, blijft de zending in ons depot tot op het moment dat iemand op basis can documenten kan bewijzen dat hij/zij de rechtmatige eigenaar is.
